1. If you fail to enter the correct EMP code this will mean you salary will be assigned to another person and they will receive your payment. Your EMP is clearly stated on your payslip so please ensure you know this before submitting your hours.
2. All hours submitted into E-timesheet and written on the paper timesheet must be approved by your site manager. There is a cut off time every Monday at 8am where you will not be able to enter your hours for the pervious week. Therefore ensure your hours are submitted daily.
3. Please ensure you enter all details very carefully as we can not go back and make changes for you. If you have any questions please contact the SFS office.
